According to reports, Terrance Howard is suing 20th Century Fox for allegedly refusing to pay him for his work on ‘Empire.’
Court documents that surfaced said the actor’s company Universal Bridges was suing Fox for a reported breach of contract. The documents said that Fox agreed to pay Howard through his company for the work done on ‘Empire,’ but they stopped paying the actor after a while. Despite not being paid, Howard continues to act on the show. Howard’s company is accusing Fox of not paying for the last three episodes of the series, “even though it was contractually obligated to do so.” Universal Bridges is suing 20th Fox Century for the money owed to Howard along with attorney fees.
